PANDAS!!!

Well, I finally made it to the Panda base! here are the first shots!

上善 and 修己

Welcome Family and Friends... I know this is a weird address for my blog but below explains my choice of addresses. I hope to keep you all posted on my adventures and cultivation here.

My Chinese name is 上善 Shang Shan... it comes from the Laozi Daoist classic "Dao De Jing".

修己 xiū jǐ: to cultivate and constantly improve ones self.
